Welcome to Virginia’s world famous Technology in Education conference. Using this tool to mark your personal scheduling preferences does not reserve a seat for marked sessions, nor does it register you for the conference. We do not plan to have paper programs available on site. If you would like a printed program, please print a personal copy prior to arriving at the conference.

“Driving the train doesn’t set its course. The real job is laying the track.” In the classroom, the tools we provide our students help them to optimize their learning. In this session, the presenters will share ways in which instructors can using technology (Apps, Webquests, Blogging, Film and Video, Digitial Field Trips) to encourage Engish Language Learners to connect with course material and master content along with their peers. This session will include both discussion and hands-on learning opportunities.
