All aboard the personalized learning locomotive with menu-style, personalized PD!Marshall HS in Fairfax County, VA has decided to give teachers voice and choice in how they earn PD points this year.Learn how our teachers can choose from a menu of options that range from a school-wide edcamp to learning walks to sharing and reflecting on a videotaped lesson to earn PD points per year.Other routes to earn credit include book clubs, cohorts, Google Certified Educator, Edpuzzle Certifications, Newsela Certified Educator, Custom Tech Training, and Custom Teacher-led Training.
