The newly minted college grad.The long-term sub.The out-of-stater.New teachers come from all backgrounds and ITRTs play a huge role in onboarding teachers into schools, leading the process of navigating the division resources, processes, and protocols that come with entering the teaching profession.However, without systems in place to help these new teachers manage their first few years in the classroom, we may find ourselves off-boarding teachers sooner than later.
