I am an ITRT in a rural county in central Virginia. We only have 4 schools, one for each grade division (PreK-2, 3-5, 6-8, & 9-12). This is only my 4th year as an ITRT and would love to talk with other ITRTs and teachers in similar rural places in Virginia.
How do you overcome the adversities of internet inequalities? One side of our county has internet, but many of our students get only a weak cell phone signal at home.
I'd love to build  a community of secondary teachers that are willing to share resources outside of their division. I've found that in a small school division, many of our teachers feel the burden all upon themselves (especially the secondary schools) as they are the only ones in the division who teach their subject.
