I have been with the Virginia Department of Education since 2004 as a specialist, director, and now coordinator of instructional technology. Prior to my time with the agency, I was a classroom teacher (Kindergarten and Second Grade), webmaster, and technology coach for ten years with Hanover County Public Schools. I am a career switcher. Prior to becoming a teacher in 1994, I was an accountant and auditor in the government and private sectors.
